Women and their Sensual Body

A = The clitoris.... if you learn nothing else learn where and what the clitoris is. The clitoris is erectile tissue, and the source of great pleasure.

 The Vulva...

B = The Labia are the two outer lips of the vulva. (The vulva is the female sexual organ)

C = The Urethra, is the opening to the urinary tract.... interestingly it is often know as the U spot, a very sensual area, very sensitive to light touch.

D = The inner lips (labia), these cover and protect the clitoris.

E = The vaginal entrance, the vagina is about 7.5cm long, increasing to up to 17 cm when the woman is aroused. The entrance is sensitive, as are various internal areas... The G spot is about 5cm up on the front wall of the vagina, and is another area of much pleasure, when caressed. The G spot was 'discovered', (Rather like the discovery of America, even though many folk already lived there!) by Ernst Grafenberg. It is certainly true many women enjoy this area intensely, and so if you don't know where it is ...  a very pleasurable experiment is looking for it!

Breasts: These are of themselves very sensitive on many women, some find them very stimulating others less so, one study recently suggested the most sensitive area is the top of the breast, rather than the nipple. Many women can reach orgasm through stimulation of their breasts.

The Hymen is very a thin membrane, which is partly covering the vaginal entrance; this membrane is very easy to break, normally with very little pain, and very little bleeding. Many young women break their hymen quite naturally and easily without ever knowing for example through using internal sanitary protection, and through masturbation.

The Clitoris and the Hite report: The Hite report has wonderful drawings and descriptions of many women's sexual experiences. which I cannot reproduce here... However can I encourage you to purchase the book.... (The Hite Report: A Nationwide Study of Female Sexuality) The drawings basically show how what most of us describe as the "clitoral bud" is actually only the external  / visible  part of the clitoris, and that the whole of the clitoral structure is actually a much larger structure and is actually similar in size and structure to a male's penis....  This is not too surprising as we know that after conception the sexual organs of males and females develop initially in exactly the same way, from the same organs.

Within the penis are two spongy "cavernous bulbs" which fill with blood to create an erection.... These same structures are present in women... they extend either side of the vulva... they start at the pubic area and they reach back around the vagina.. similar to the penis during arousal they fill with blood, and during orgasm the muscles around them contract in waves, creating the pleasurable and deep sensations experienced.

To create maximum pleasure it is important to stimulate the external bud of the clitoris... this area directly corresponds to the head of the penis which men often need direct stimulation to in order to reach orgasm.

The Woman's journey to Orgasm.....Arousal goes through a fairly well defined course:

  1. Initial arousal and sexual interest is stirred then the pulse increases, with an increase of blood flow to the sexual organs.

  2. After fore play, the labia swell and they open up.

  3. Sexual fluids then start to flow, from glands in the vaginal walls and also around the opening of the vagina.

  4. The nipples start to swell, often up to 1cm, in length and diameter.

  5. The inner vulva changes colour becoming a darker red.

At this stage a woman is ready for penetration, (Intercourse if she is with a man or penetration with her vibrator etc.).

The Orgasm itself is of course a deeply personal experience, however according to Masters and Johnson three distinct phases can be seen:

  • Firstly, the woman after sexual stimulation for some period of time, will have a sense of ending, this is just before the final push onto the climax itself, rather like a pause for a deep breath.... This is accompanied by an experience of intense sensual awareness, usually focused on the clitoris, radiating into the inner most parts of her sexual organs, the actual moment of climax will be experienced differently for all women, and according to the type of stimulation leading to the climax. At the moment of climax many women also do 'ejaculate' a small amount of extra sex fluid.

  • The second phase has been described a suffusion of warmth, spreading throughout the lower part of body and on into her whole body.

  • The third phase is often described as the most pleasurable, is the feeling of deep feeling of wonderful throbbing, a repeated feeling of contractions around their vagina.

Meanwhile other things will also be happening... As a woman reaches her climax she will look like she is in a mixture of pleasure and pain, her body will usually go into a spasm, her toes will curl up... ( a good indication that orgasm is occurring!), the muscles around her anus will spasm, and her nipples appear to stand out even more as the orgasm subsides, this is because her breast will return to normal size more quickly than her nipple, making them stand out even more.

Multiple orgasms.... "God must be a woman"... because as women gain experience and their lovers gain experience with them they learn how to reach multiple orgasms during lovemaking, however, this is not as true for men! Many men do learn to reach multiple orgasms, however they usually require more time, and need to rest between each one, a very different experience than a woman's ongoing repeating orgasms.

Joint attributes.... For both men and women

A) All the rest of the body, arms, legs, back, stomach, neck, face, feet, hands, lips, some areas will be intensely sensitive to touch, learn how you and your partners like to be touched.

B) The inner person, their fantasies, desires, dreams, make love with the whole person, they will appreciate it! Some women can reach orgasm, through fantasy alone, without the need for external stimulation.

C) The Anus is a highly erogenous zone, for both men and women; NB do not go from massaging the anus to stimulating the vulva, this is because of the risk of infection, simply wash your hands / penis / vibrator etc first.
